Development HistoryHOME>Development History

Our company has its root in foundation engineering. We began by installing the the PPC piles using the traditional diesel hammering method in the Melco Studio site. Since the percussion of PPC piles generates significant disturbance through vibration and noise, an environmentally friendly (with low noise and vibration pollution), yet highly effective piling method, the hydraulic jacking method, was introduced to address this significant issue. We pioneered the successful use of the hydraulic jacking method for the PPC piles in Macau on the Galaxy II project and the Venetian Parisian project. Then, the large diameter bored piles at the Venetian Parisian site, the MGM site and the Melco Studio City site in Macau. Beside the introduction of the hydraulic jacking method, we have also introduced the highly innovative and environmental friendly Japanese HiFB method to install PPC piles successfully at the Hou Kong school site.

Building on the success of our foundation projects for the casinos and resorts in Macau, in 2014, we expanded our activities into building works and fitting out works. To meet the requirements on fitting out works for top notch casinos and resorts, we have teamed up with a local consultant, CAA, City Planning & Engineering Consultants Ltd. for all technical design supports, with Hang Va Hou (Zhong Shan) for the supply of high end furniture and with E. Flores Arch. Macau, for bespoke interior design and architecture. The synergy of these companies has brought about the astounding success of the 2 restaurants, namely, the Sweets and the Andrea’s, and 9,000m2 of back of house areas on the Wynn Palace project.
